Brandon Yancey Seriously Injured in Haw River, NC Hit-and-Run Accident

A gentleman named Brandon Yancey was seriously injured Tuesday morning in a hit-and-run accident near Haw River, North Carolina in Alamance County.

The crash happened around 7:00 am on Trollingwood Road. According to available information, Mr. Yancey was walking on the shoulder of the road when he was hit in the back by the mirror of a car headed east on Trollingwood Road. Mr. Yancey was transported to Alamance Regional Medical Center with serious injuries. The State Highway Patrol is still investigating this accident and there is some indication that the mirror belongs to a white 2004-2008 Toyota Solara.
