Jenny Gorman is a 2010 graduate of UNC-Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and is also a graduate of the Meredith College Paralegal Program. Upon graduation from Meredith College, Jenny became a North Carolina Certified Paralegal. Jenny was employed with Butler & Butler, LLP from 2006 to 2010, focusing in the area of Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Prior to joining Hendren, Redwine & Malone, Jenny was a paralegal with the United States Bankruptcy Administrator’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina, focusing on Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Jenny brings over a decade of experience in all aspects of Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings, adversary proceedings and state court receiverships. On a daily basis, Jenny meets and works closely with clients to enable timely filing of pleadings and compliance with bankruptcy requirements. In addition, Jenny is a board member with the non-profit Garner Local Heroes.

Yazmeen O. Gadalla is a 2016 graduate of North Carolina State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology cum laude. Ms. Gadalla is also a 2017 graduate of the Guilford College Paralegal Program and became a North Carolina Certified Paralegal in 2018. Prior to joining Hendren, Redwine & Malone in 2020, Ms. Gadalla was employed with Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan, L.L.P. from 2019 to 2020, assisting start-up corporate clients with the formation of corporations and other business-related matters. Ms. Gadalla was also employed by Waldrep LLP (now Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC) from 2017 to 2019, where she provided essential support to their healthcare and bankruptcy practices, regularly assisting the attorneys with a wide variety of business bankruptcy matters in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12 proceedings. As a paralegal at Hendren, Redwine & Malone, Ms. Gadalla focuses on Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcies and state court matters. Ms. Gadalla is heavily involved in the North Carolina Bar Association’s Paralegal Division council and serves as co-chair on various Committees.
