Woman Hit By Car on Mangum Street in Raleigh Suffers Serious Injuries
There is very little information about a serious accident involving a female pedestrian in Raleigh on Thursday night. According to reports, the accident happened on Mangum Street near Branch Street around 9:30 in the evening. It is not clear from the reports whether the woman or the driver was at fault. However, North Carolina common law requires that vehicles do not drive too fast to reduce speed based on the lighting conditions and the reach of their headlights.
