Kinston Woman Injured After Rear-Ending Tree Cutting Truck That Did Not Have Proper Lights
Apparently, a tree cutting Bobcat bulldozer from Georgia was working near Highway 258 without proper lights or reflectors causing a Kinston woman to rear-end the truck last Thursday.
The Kinston woman, Beth Minder, was seriously injured and had to be airlifted to Pitt County Memorial Hospital for treatment. The driver of the Bobcat was also injured.
This is a very interesting case and it appears the N.C. State Highway Patrol has done an excellent job identifying the cause of this wreck. If the Bobcat was not illuminated properly, then certainly Ms. Minder has a significant claim in this case.
