A tractor trailer ran a red-light on Friday near Kenansville, North Carolina and hit a car carrying a mother and three children. The wreck happened around 8:50 am at the intersection of NC Highway 24 and NC Highway 50.
The driver of the tractor trailer was cited for running the red light. The mother and three children were transported to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville for treatment of serious injuries.
