Greenville, North Carolina Wreck Sends Two to Hospital
A serious wreck on Tuesday in Greenville, North Carolina has sent two people to the hospital.
The wreck apparently happened when a Toyota Yaris pulled in front of a Dodge Intrepid at the intersection of Stantonsburg Road and Farm Drive. Both drivers were transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
In an unusual development, after the wreck the Dodge Intrepid’s accelerator became stuck causing the tires to continue spinning. At least one of the tires blew sending tire pieces 40 to 50 feet in the air. Fortunately, it appears that no one was hit by the tire pieces.
