Children Injured in Fayetteville, North Carolina Car Accident

Fayetteville police were called to a head-on collision on Country Club Drive near the Murchison Road intersection around 8:45 a.m. Tuesday.
Authorities say a Ford Fusion driven by 29-year-old Syreeta Fultz crossed the center line and struck a dump truck, which was traveling east towards Rosehill Road, driven by 49-year-old William Frazee of Linden.
Both drivers, as well as Fultz’s three children, 8-year-old Isaiah Fultz, 6-year-old Jeremiah Fultz and 2-year-old Ayreon Guillory, were all transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with injuries.
Officials say Fultz has multiple fractures and injuries and has been transported to UNC Chapel Hill Hospital, while two of her children are in critical condition and the third is in fair condition.
During the course of the accident, a third vehicle was traveling east beside the dump truck when it was struck and sustained minor damage.
The occupants of that vehicle, 51-year-old Velvie Autry and 57-year-old John Autry were also transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with unknown injuries.
