Ben Waller is an attorney with Hendren, Redwine & Malone, PLLC where he focuses his practice on representing businesses and individuals in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy. He also has extensive collections and foreclosure experience, and routinely represents clients in loan workouts and restructurings. Ben also has experience as a state court receiver. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry with honors from Goucher College and a Master’s in Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis. After attending Duke University School of Law, he clerked early in his career for Judge James A. Wynn, Jr. at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Ben is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in North Carolina, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He has been selected annually for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America in Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law since 2018 and is regularly recognized as a North Carolina Super Lawyer. Ben has served several terms on the North Carolina Bar Association Bankruptcy Section Council and volunteered on numerous committees with the North Carolina Bar Association. He has spoken frequently at bankruptcy related seminars and authored numerous articles relating to creditor/debtor rights. In addition, he serves as on the Greenville Regional Council of the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina.

Raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Ben currently resides in Greenville, North Carolina with his wife, Carrie, and their daughter, Abbe.
