Selma NC Man Killed in Lawnmower Accident

A gentleman near Selma, NC was killed on Tuesday evening in an accident involving a lawnmower. The accident happened in a yard adjacent to NC Highway 42. The gentleman killed was in his 60s.

There is very little information available about this accident but it appears that the lawnmower rolled over the gentleman. The lawnmower was apparently a zero-turn type mower and it is unclear whether there was an unsafe design condition in the mower that contributed to the accident. If so, the family of the victim may have a significant claim for a product defect in the mower.
