Sanford, North Carolina Man, Larry Raines, Killed in Accident, Family Forgives Other Driver

As reported by WRAL TV, a Sanford, North Carolina man named Larry Raines was killed Thursday morning when another driver hit him head-on. The other driver, Israel Beltran, was apparently trying to recover from hitting black ice. Mr. Raines’ brother was following him when the wreck happened.
