Rocky Mount NC Tractor Trailer Accident Results in Death of Truck Driver

There is very little information about a serious and potentially tragic accident that happened on Monday in Rocky Mount, NC.

The accident apparently happened when a scooter or car may have cut-off a tractor-trailer causing the rig to leave the roadway on U.S. Highway 301 Bypass in Rocky Mount. The rig then went down an embankment and into a rain swollen creek. The driver of the rig is feared dead as he was not located after the wreck.
