North Carolina Considers Cell Phone Driving Ban
North Carolina lawmakers are apparently again considering whether to pass a law that makes it illegal to pick-up and use your cell phone while driving on North Carolina roadways. North Carolina currently has a law that makes it illegal to text while driving. This law would now make it illegal to use anything except hands-free devices. The bill is apparently named after a teenager from Charlotte who was distracted when he pulled out in front of a pickup truck.
