North Carolina Bus Accident Causes Death of Enid Ortiz
A serious accident on Interstate 95 on Sunday morning has resulted in the death of a Florida woman named Enid Ortiz.
The tragic accident happened around 4:20 am when a bus traveling southbound on I-95 crossed the median and forced a car traveling northbound off the road. Mrs. Ortiz was in the car with her husband and two grandchildren. Mr. Ortiz and the grandchildren were treated for injuries at a Raleigh hospital.
The driver of the bus was also seriously injured and he is facing several charges arising from the wreck including misdemeanor death by motor vehicle.
