Motorcyclist Merlin Pogson Injured When Car Turns Into His Path
Motorcyclist Merlin Pogson was seriously injured on Sunday when a car turn into his path.
The accident apparently happened on Mooresville Road on Sunday afternoon. Mr. Pogson was traveling east on Salisbury Road when the car driver turned into a private residence and crossed the path of Mr. Pogson. The car driver has been charged with failing to yield while making a left turn.
