Durham I-40 Accident Results in Several Injuries

A serious accident on Interstate 40 in Durham, NC on Monday morning has resulted in several injuries.

The accident happened near the exit for NC Highway 55 and involved at least seven vehicles. It is not clear what happened in the accident and it is expected that NC Highway Patrol will be investigating this wreck. At least three people were transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries.

Accidents involving multiple vehicles can be complicated from a liability perspective. Hopefully, the crash unit from the NC State Highway Patrol can sort out how this accident happened.
