Campground Fire in Bryson City, North Carolina Results in Death of Young Man

Bryson City, NC (November 29, 2020) – A young man named Blake Lantz was tragically killed in a fire at a campground in Bryson City, North Carolina on Sunday evening.

The fire apparently started in one camper and spread to nine different campers. At this point it is not clear what started the fire. Blake’s brother was injured in the fire but fortunately survived.

Hopefully, the local fire department will perform a detailed cause and origin analysis to determine the cause of this tragic fire. In some cases such as this, the person responsible for the fire may have insurance that can help the family of the victims with their losses.
