Kim Ingold Killed in Biscoe, North Carolina Collision With Truck

A teacher from Anson County, North Carolina named Kim Ingold was tragically killed on Saturday when her car was hit head-on by a septic truck.  The wreck happened on NC Highway 24-27 near the Montgomery County and Moore County line.

According to available information, a woman driving a septic truck sideswiped a Nissan Altima then hit Ms. Ingold’s car head-on.  Ms. Ingold has just turned 50 years old and was a school teacher in the Anson County school system.  She was apparently coming home from watching the NC State Wolfpack play a home football game against Western Carolina.

At this time, there is little information known about why the woman driving the septic truck failed to maintain her lane of travel.  If we learn more about this tragic wreck, we will update this post.
