Timothy Toole Seriously Injured in Fatal Four Oaks NC Accident

A gentleman named Timothy Toole Jr. was seriously injured on Sunday night in an accident in Four Oaks, North Carolina.

The tragic accident also claimed the lives of Andy Pilkington and Paul Woodall.  Reports indicate that alcohol and speed may have played a role in causing the wreck.  The accident happened on Juniper Church Road around 11:00 pm.  Apparently, Mr. Pilkington was driving a Yukon SUV and it struck a ditch and flipped over causing the men to be ejected from the vehicle.
