Accidents occurring during bad weather are sometimes though to be nobody’s fault.  However, North Carolina requires that all drivers operate their vehicle under control and at a speed that is appropriate under the circumstances.  Unfortunately, there are many accident cases from this year involving ice and snow.  In most of these cases, North Carolina law would likely determine that at least one driver was at fault for not driving properly under the circumstances.
