Greenville resident Sandra Woolard was killed on Thursday morning when her car was hit head-on by a tractor-trailer.
This terrible accident happened on Possum Track Road in Beaufort County just south of Chocowinity at around 6:15 am. According to news reports, the tractor-trailer crossed the center-line of Possum Track Road and struck Ms. Woolard’s car. The driver of the tractor-trailer has been charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle.

This serious tractor-trailer accident raises numerous questions about the conduct of the tractor-trailer driver.
