Raleigh pedestrian Ray Hemingway was seriously injured on Monday morning after he was hit by a car near the intersection of North Raleigh Boulevard and Milburnie Road in Raleigh.
An unusual twist in this story is that the driver of the car was driving under the speed limit and was apaprently proceeding with the right of way when tha accident occurred. Nonetheless, the driver fled the scene and is now charged with felony hit-and-run. The victim, Mr. Hemingway, is in critical condition.
