Henderson, NC Accident Caused By Impaired Driver Kills 5 Year Old Boy

A tragic accident on Sunday afternoon in Henderson, North Carolina has caused the death of a five year old boy.  The accident happened when an impaired driver ran off the road and hit the five year old boy and his father on East Montgomery Street. 

The driver, Vincent Gregory, has been charged with numerous crimes including felony death by motor vehicle. 

This is a terrible accident and the loss of a child is a tremendous tragedy.  Hopefully, the prosecuting district attorneys will pursue justice for this little boy and his family.
