Louisiana Crash Claims Lives of Two North Carolina Truckers and Injures Third Person

Ronald Phelps and Tiffany Payne were killed in a terrible crash in Louisiana on Wednesday.  The crash apparently happened when the tractor-trailer that Mr. Phelps was driving ran off the highway on Interstate 12 near Lacombe.  The rig struck some trees and caught fire.  A passenger in the rig named David Sarty survived with serious injuries.
