Luiz Javier Martinez Dies in NCSU Trench Accident

A terrible construction site accident on Tuesday at North Carolina State University has claimed the life of 39 year old Luis Javier Martinez.

The accident apparently happened when Mr. Martinez was working in a trench that collapsed.  According to reports, there was a trench box in place but the earthen wall collapsed and trapped Mr. Martinez.
