Wake County Triple Fatal Crash Result of Speeding and Reckless Driving

Driver Martin Kokus and passengers Marissa Blanks and Tyler Duncan were tragically killed in a terrible car crash on Sunday near the Wake-Granville County line.

After much investigation, the State Highway Patrol has determined that the cause of the wreck was speeding and reckless driving.  Presently, it is not known whether alcohol was involved.  The three victims were apparently headed home from a party when the crash occurred.  Apparently, a toxicology report is pending on the driver.
