Motorcyclist Joseph Justice was seriously injured on Wednesday when a car turned into his path in Jacksonville.
The accident happened on Western Boulevard and resulted in Mr. Justice being taken to Onslow Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries. The driver of the car has been charged in the wreck.
