Head-On Crash in Denton, North Carolina Claims Two Lives

A terrible crash on N.C. Highway 109 near Denton on Monday morning has claimed two lives.

The wreck apparently happened when a 1998 Hyundai crossed the center-line of Highway 109 and hit a Toyota Sequoia head-on.  The driver of the Hyundai and a passenger in the Hyundai were both killed.  The driver and passenger in the Toyota both escaped with minor injuries but were taken to the hospital.

It is not clear why the Hyundai crossed the center line but this wreck is certainly a serious tragic loss.
