A terrible accident in Norlina, North Carolina on Saturday night has claimed the life of a 15 year old boy.
The wreck apparently happened when a car struck the boy while he was walking along Route 1. The state police believe they have found the vehicle involved in the accident but apparently they have not found the driver.

This accident is obviously a terrible tragedy and we certainly hope the driver is brought to justice. For the family, they may have rights on behalf of their child even if the driver of the car is not found. In a case such as this, the family should contact any insurance company for any vehicle that is at their house and tell the insurance company about this terrible event. At the very least, there may be money available to cover funeral expenses and there may be additional funds available for the family.
