Southport, North Carolina Motorcycle Wreck Claims Life of Motorcyclist

A terrible wreck on Sunday afternoon has claimed the life of a Leland gentleman who was riding his motorcycle on N.C. 87.

The wreck apparently happened when a woman driving a van crossed the center line into the path of the motorcyclist.  The motorcyclist, James Osborne, was 37 years old.
