Pender County Wreck Results in Two Deaths

A terrrible wreck Thursday morning in Pender County has resulted in two deaths.

The wreck apparently happened when a Dodge Neon pulled out of a driveway onto U.S. 421 and into the path of a tractor-trailer.  The driver of the Dodge and a passenger were killed in the wreck.

According to the article in the Wilmington Star, no charges will be filed.  Apparently, the location of the wreck was on a curve and the tractor-trailer had very little time to stop.
