DWI Driver in Burlington Causes Two Injuries Then Assaults Witness

According to reports, 33 year old Yashine Mclain was charged with DWI, resisting an officer, failing to reduce speed, failing to stop at a stop light and simple assault after he caused a wreck in Burlington.

Apparently, Mr. Mclain caused the wreck at the intersection of Mebane and Sixth Street around 12:15 a.m. Saturday.

Seriously injured in the wreck were Armando Jiminez and Ana Guido.  After the wreck, Mr. Mclain apparently assaulted a witness.
