Hit and Run Accident in Duplin County Causes Serious Injuries

In an interesting case, two cars driving on Cornwallis Road in Duplin County were invovled in a serious accident early Sunday morning.  Apparently, the two vehicles ran off the road and struck two parked cars.  A woman driving one of the vehicles was seriously hurt and taken to New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington for treatment. 

Apparently, three men left the other vehicle, a 1996 Lincoln Town Car. Police are trying to find witnesses who may be able to identify these men.  Click here for more.
