Teen Charged With Texting While Driving In Causing Fatal Accident

In what seems to be a growing problem nationwide despite legislation, a teenage driver in Colombus County has been charged with texting while driving in causing a fatal wreck on Sunday. 

The teen, Taylor Clark, was driving a car that wrecked and killed passsenger Seth Beaver.
