In yet another accident involving a car cutting off a motorcyclist, Robert Haase of Liberty, North Carolina was injured Thursday when James Brownfield turned in front of him. Apparently, Haase swerved to avoid the wreck but ran into a ditch. Click here for more.
We have posted numerous articles on this site about motorcycle wrecks. In most cases, like this one, the wreck happens when another driver does not pay attention and cuts off the motorcyclist. Indeed, we are currently representing the estate of a gentlemen in Greensboro who was killed by another driver not paying attention. Fortunately, in this case, Mr. Haase’s injuries are reported to non-life threatening.
