Hit and Run Driver Kills Halifax County Woman

As reported by WRAL TV, a Halifax County woman was hit and killed Saturday by a driver who then fled the scene. 

The woman, Sheila Brinson, was apparently walking down a rural road when the car crossed over the center line and struck her.
