A wreck outside Jacksonville, North Carolina on Thursday sent one man to the hospital with neck injuries. Apparently, another driver failed to yield and hit a car driven by Jeffrey Taylor on Richlands Highway. Click here for more.
In an interesting twist, both drivers were charged in the wreck – one driver for failure to yield and Mr. Taylor for driving without a license. The charge against Mr. Taylor should not affect his rights to recover for his injuries.
