Slick Roads Lead to Deadly High Point Wreck

As reported by the Greensboro News and Record, a terrible wreck in High Point on Saturday claimed two lives.  The wreck, which happened on East Fork Road, killed Joseph Beason of Thomasville and Kimberly Stanford of Trinity.  According to reports, Mr. Beason lost control of his truck while driving across a snow and ice slickened bridge and crossed the center line striking another truck.  Click here for more.  Another article indicates that the driver of the other truck, Robert Orman, was also taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries.  That same article indicates that there were over 500 wrecks over the weekend on North Carolina roads.  Click here for more.
