Richmond County, North Carolina Head-On Collision Kills Two

In what must have been a terrible wreck, a head-on collision on Highway 1 near Rockingham has resulted in the deaths of both drivers.  Apaprently, the wreck happened when Jennifer Howard crossed the center line of Route 1 and hit a truck driven by Edward McCoy of Wadesboro.  Click here for the story.
