Jacksonville, North Carolina Pedestrian, Rudolph Simone, Killed by DWI Driver

In a terrible accident, Maysville, North Carolina resident Rudolph Simone was killed when driver who was apparently intoxicated struck him while he was walking near Highway 24.  the driver, Latonya Berry, has been charged with numerous crimes and had fled the scene following the wreck.  Click here for the story.
