Distracted Cell Phone User Crosses Center Line and Kills Other Driver

According to reports, a terrible wreck this weekend in Carteret County happened when a driver crossed the center line while talking on his cell phone.  The wreck happened on Highway 24 and killed Robbie Elizabeth Brown of Hubert, North Carolina.  The other driver, Kerry Lupton, has been charged in the wreck.  Click here for more.
