Raleigh Rickshaw Driver Hit By Woman Talking on Cell Phone and Driving While Intoxicated

As reported by WTVD, Raleigh rickshaw driver Justin Walker was hit early Sunday morning while riding to WakeMed to see his wife.  The driver of the car, Brandis Thomas, has been charged with driving while impaired and felony injury by vehicle. Mr. Walker was taken to WakeMed with serious injuries.  Click here for more.
