Motorcyclist Killed on US 29 Near Concord

In what appears to be another case of a driver not paying attention to a motorcylist, Concord man David Harmon was killed Tuesday when a commercial vehicle pulled in front him while he was riding his motorcycle down US 29.  The driver of the commercial vehicle was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle.
