Man Falls From Back of Truck in Raleigh

As reported by WTVD, a man suffered serious injuries after falling from the back of a pick-up truck in Raleigh, North Carolina near Creedmoor and Lynn Road.  The driver of the truck has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated. 

We certainly hope the passenger who fell recovers.  This situation will be an interesting case involving a number of North Carolina driving laws.
