Durham Woman Charged in Pedestrian Death

A Durham, North Carolina man has been charged in the pedestrian death of a 47 year old woman named Vicki Riley.  Based on the charges, it appears that Brendan Bass was driving while impaired when the fatal collision occurred.  For more information, click here.
